Each scene shows a faint shadow on the kelir, the lit cloth screen. Raise puppets from the rail and move them until their shadows cover it. At 95% match the scene is performed.
Tap a puppet on the rail, your batang pisang (the banana stem a dalang plants his puppets in), to raise it onto the screen, tap it again to put it back. Not every puppet on the rail belongs in every scene.
Drag a shadow to move it. The depth slider (or a pinch, or the mouse wheel) moves the puppet between the cloth and the lamp: towards the lamp its shadow grows, softens and drifts outward. ⟲ ⟳ turn it, ⇋ flips it to face the other way.
Hint draws one puppet's exact place as a dashed outline. Hints are unlimited but counted, and a scene performed with a hint does not set a best time. Undo reverts one whole move; Reset scene puts every puppet back on the rail.
Keyboard: 1–4 pick a puppet, Enter raises or lowers it, arrows move it (Shift for small steps), Page Up / Page Down or + / − change depth, Q / E turn (Shift for 5°), F flips, H hints, Ctrl+Z undoes.
All twelve scenes are open; play them in any order. Best time is kept per scene. Scenes save automatically.
Inspired by Wayang Kulit Kelantan (Wayang Siam). Puppets drawn for this game, not copies of any dalang's set.
